Day 1: ARRIVAL LISBON – OBIDOS – ALCOBACA – NAZARE – FATIMA (205km – 3 hrs)
Your first day begins with a pick-up at Marques de Pombal Square in Lisbon, at 8:30 hrs. We recommend to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the indicated time. We then drive northwards and arrive at our first point of visit: the beautiful walled town of Obidos, with its picturesque streets and the Pousada do Castelo. We then move onto Alcobaca to visit the 12th century landmark with the tombs of D. Pedro and Ines de Castro. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant and then head to Nazare, the most colorful of Portuguese fishing villages. In the afternoon, we visit the Batalha Monastery, a masterpiece in the gothic style and classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. Continue your journey until you reach Fatima.

Day 2: FATIMA - DEPART LISBON (130KM – 1.5 Hrs)
After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free for activities of personal nature in Fatima, a centre of the Christian Faith and a world pilgrimage site. Visit the church where the tombstones of Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco are, as well as the Chapel of Apparitions at the heart of the shrine. There is also time to attend mass. At the end of the day, we return to Lisbon through this colourful farming region. Late in the afternoon, you will be dropped off at the indicated location.

Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Portugal. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings.
